So plenty of sport going on this past weekend, Waffleon FC actually got to play a game in the league and recorded a good win 3-2 against Zantos - puts us up to third in the league with a game in hand or something. Will be a good finish for us to come 3rd this season, as we come together as a team, a good run in should secure that!
ALSO the Waffleon Netball team have been doing pretty well recently, and have managed to get themselves into the English Netball Magazine (must be a fascinating read that!!) anyway, they've been sponsored by a cheesecake shop, which i suppose is like the footy team being sponsored by Bacon Rolls or something, but yeah its a good achievement and they've been doing well this year wining lots and beating up the smaller kids they play against.
